Mosquito Creek Co-op is accepting applications for a 3 bedroom Townhouse . Must have 2 children and earn $65,000.00 per year. No Subsidy available . Participation is mandatory for membership.

In order to obtain an application, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a cheque in the amount of $25.00 for the application fee to #42- 1745 Fell Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C. v7P 3L7. An application will then be mailed back to you.

Please do not visit or call the co-op office to obtain an application.
